Cologne, November 21. The Chamber of the provincial court of justice in Cologne this morning committed Dr. jur. Becker to the Court of Assizes. On the other hand, it decided with respect to the co-defendants Wächter, Bürgers, Engels and associates that the records should be laid aside until these persons had given themselves up in custody.
