Dear Kugelmann,
Vogt received with thanks. If you send for second-hand booksellers' catalogues on jurisprudence, political science and modern German history, especially for the period round 1848, you will light on individual copies of the Revue[1] from time to time. I myself have acquired one or two copies in this way.
Have just finished Chapter 27 of the third volume[2] ; 29-34 present the main difficulty.
